About Universitat Internacional de Catalunya
The Universitat Internacional de Catalunya officially began its academic activities in October 1997. Here you will find 16 degree programs, dual degree international programs and a wide range of master’s and postgraduate degrees, in addition to continuing education courses in the field of your choice. UIC Barcelona, as an organization dedicated to research and knowledge transfer, is involved in the task of seeking out, disseminating and applying ethical alternatives to the socio-economic and environmental challenges faced by today’s society. It is within this framework that UIC Barcelona is establishing a series of objectives to promote sustainability throughout the entire University Community, in the areas of Organization, Teaching and Research and Environmental Management. UIC Barcelona, as well as offering a good level of knowledge and university education, would like to provide a tool which facilitates incorporation into the labour market and/or access to other job opportunities for students. This application allows students to easily access various job offers and work placements and sign up for selection processes.
About Program
UIC Barcelona offers you the opportunity to study a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) and complement it with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Marketing at the Birkbeck University of London, an international institution which forms part of the renowned University of London. This program, delivered on campuses in two major European cities (Barcelona and London), will give you an international profile which will make you stand out from the crowd. Your ADE studies at UIC Barcelona will be complemented with marketing materials that will award you with the best tools and aptitudes to face new professional challenges. This international double degree program has a duration of five years. You will study at UIC Barcelona for three and a half years. You will then attend the second semester of your fourth year at Birkbeck University of London as well as your full fifth year in London. Birkbeck University of London is part of the University of London. Distinguishing features of Birkbeck include the professional approach of their degrees, and classes taking place in the evening from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., which will allow students to combine their studies with practical work placements. This attractive feature of the degree programs will give you the chance to develop your career in the British capital.

Admissions tests
To pursue an undergraduate degree at Birkbeck, University of London you will need to have:
- Completed three years of your bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (180 ECTS)
- Achieved an IELTS score of 6.5
- To apply to the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service for a place on the BSc in Financial Economics.
*For the Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management you can follow the Spanish program or the English program. The Engineering Organization part is taught exclusively in Italian.
