Business with Foundation Year (BSC) 4 Years
Birkbeck’s BSc Business with Foundation Year provides a perfect route to study for those who do not meet the entry requirements for direct entry to an undergraduate business degree, who do not feel they are quite ready for an undergraduate degree, or who are returning to study after a significant break and need extra help and support.
Culinary Industry Management (BBA) 3 Years
This unique course, jointly delivered by Birkbeck and the renowned Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute, provides a firm foundation in culinary techniques and management studies that are not only applicable to food businesses but also across other service industries.
Management (BSC) 3 Years
Our BSc Management will equip you with the skills required to flourish within the rapidly changing environment in which organizations operate and compete, and become a confident manager or business practitioner. You will gain an insight into a broad range of management issues in key areas such as strategic management, marketing, finance, operations management, human resource management, organizational behavior, accounting and managerial economics. You will also obtain the transferable skills that allow you to understand the consequences of your managerial decisions.
Accounting and Management (BSC) 3 Years

This joint degree provides high-level education in accounting and its role in management in both the public and private sectors.
Accounting and Management with Finance 3 Years
Our BSc Accounting and Management with Finance provides you with a high-level education in accounting and finance, and explains their role in management in both the public and private sectors. You will develop a detailed knowledge of finance, accounting practices, strategic management, marketing, managerial economics and quantitative techniques.
Accounting 3 Years
Accounting demands a range of transferable skills, including quantitative, analytical and decision-making skills, and perceptive abilities. You will develop a good understanding of accounting and the environment in which it operates and the ability to apply a wide range of accounting skills and competencies, from preparing financial statements to interpreting complex material and relating theory to practice.
International Business (BSC) 3 Years
