Power Engineering (Mechanical) – BEng
BEng Power Engineering (Mechanical) is distinctive in that it teaches the more traditional subjects of mechanical engineering with the more recent advances in power cycles and computer control.
Advanced Vehicle Engineering – BEng
Develop your automotive expertise in our extensive lab complex. Study this innovative course full-time or part-time.
Civil Engineering – BEng (Hons)
Accredited by the Engineering Council, this course is the first step to becoming a qualified Chartered Civil Engineer. Course offered on a full-time, sandwich and part-time basis.
Building Services Engineering – BEng (Hons)
Accredited by the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers and the Energy Institute, this BEng degree course is the first step to Chartered Engineer status.
Chemical and Energy Engineering – BEng (Hons)
The course brings together the essentials of chemical engineering with an added flavour of geoscience, exploration and processing to highlight and develop a deep understanding of the energy mix.
Engineering Product Design – BSc (Hons)
This course is one of the longest running degrees to be fully accredited with the Institution of Engineering Designers (IED). Includes 1 year industrial placement.
Electronic and Computer Systems Engineering – BEng (Hons)
This course will set you on track to be one of those engineers capable of tackling complex engineering projects that are commonplace in our society.
Electrical Power Engineering – BEng (Hons)
Explore the electrical systems of buildings, transport and energy supply. Full-time, part-time or sandwich modes available.
Electrical and Electronic Engineering – BEng (Hons)
Accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology, this BEng Electrical Engineering course offers fast-track progression to Chartered Engineer status.
Mechanical Engineering – BEng (Hons)
Accredited by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMecE) this BEng Mechanical Engineering degree is the first step towards Chartered Engineer status.
Computer Science – BSc (Hons)
This course has been designed in collaboration with IBM and explores the theory and practice of computer systems. Study full-time or part-time.
Chemical Engineering – BEng (Hons)
This course will prepare you for a career in which you’ll research and test new products – be they petrol, plastics, medicines, food or drink – and make them commercially viable.
